This blog contains my reflections and thoughts. These might appear 'philosophical', 'spiritual', or even 'religious' depending on the reader - but I prefer to call it reality ! Whether you find these musings amusing, offensive or plain thought provoking it's certainly good time-pass. The disclaimer is that nothing of what's written here is new - it is all part of the reality that already exists. Only variation is in the levels of awareness....

When a person close to you dies, that's when the real test happens! It's weird that both so called 'practical minded' & 'philosophical minded' people can handle adversities well - though both categories appear to be poles apart. That only points to the fact that philosophy (reality) is indeed practical!!!
"That only points to the fact that philosophy (reality) is indeed practical", Amen!
When Yudhisthira was asked by Yamraj (I think) about what he found most amazing about life, the former mentions that its how a person cries for the dead without actually feeling that he'd die one day too!
